  1. What do I do if my camera isn’t working while using the App?

    Go to settings on your phone. Scroll all the way down to Grain Cam. Select the App. Enable Camera (it should turn green).

  2. What do I do if I can’t upload photos from my photo library?

    Go to settings on your phone. Scroll all the way down to Grain Cam. Select the App. Enable Photos (it should turn green).

  3. Does Grain Cam support iPhone 4 and below?

    No, only iPhone 5 and above. The code is not compatible for the older models.

  4. How do I turn off Ads?

    There’s a Grain Cam Premium Version available on the app store which has more features and no Ads.

    Yes, you can. Starting from Version 2.1, there will be sliders to adjust the amount of grain, shade, and brightness.

  9. Are there going to be new filters?

    Yes, we will release new filters so keep an eye out.

  10. Can you modify the date stamp?

    No, but this will be a feature coming soon.
